Due to a server issue, new users cannot verify their account email.
The issue is fixed now. Please kindly follow the steps below to resend the verification link:
- Go to the More tab > Tap the prompt "Email Verification Required"
- Tap Having Problems?
- Select Resend
- Check your mailbox and follow the verification link
Your email should be verified then.
