We do not charge any additional fees for membership. What you see is what you get. We provide detailed invoices in Billing History. All transactions are securely processed. In rare cases, there are a few ways you might pay more than expected:
- Fees — Depending on where you live and who you bank with, you may be charged an extra fee for cross-border transactions.
- Currency conversion — Another type of fee. If you use a card not matching the currency of your invoice, your bank may charge you a currency conversion fee.
- Authorizations — If you've added or changed your method payment, you may see an authorization for roughly the same amount as the cost of a monthly membership. These requests are not charges, but may temporarily affect your available balance until your financial institution releases the funds.

- Multiple charges — If you see multiple charges but only have 1 invoice, you may have two concurrent memberships on different accounts. We do not allow a single account to have multiple memberships, and all payment information is encrypted. For assistance with this, please contact support for 24/7 priority assistance.
