Some issues may occur during the Account Migration process. They are rare, but if they do happen, here are the list of the common issues and how to solve them:

Email already existed / Social Account already existed
The issue occurs when the email of your Manga Rock account (or the email of your linked Facebook/Twitter) has already existed on our Firebase Account System.
To avoid account duplication, please kindly contact our support center. Our support agent will provide you the information of your existing account. If you wish to remove it and continue using your new account, our agent will process your request at once.
Failed Error Message
The migrate status keeps return as "failed". The reasons for this issue vary. It could be due to slow Internet connection or server overload from our side.
Please kindly relaunch the app and try migrating your account again. If the issue persists, please kindly contact our support center and our support agent will assist you further.
Why am I asked to migrate account again?
Right after you log in, you are asked to migrate your account again. This may stem from the fact that you have accidentally logged in using a different account, instead of your migrated one.
Please kindly using your migrated account. Otherwise, contact our support center and our support agent will assist you to clarify the two accounts.
Migration takes too long
It may takes up to 5 minutes to migrate your account. Unstable Internet connection or server outage may result in longer migration process.
Please kindly relaunch the app and try migrating again. The second time should take much faster. Otherwise, you may contact our support center for further investigation.
