Problem with corrupted data

This issue is due to corrupted data. It happens when you back up your data using poor Internet connection. Please reset your phone network and try again.

Problem with Manga Rock's server

In many cases, the problem is Manga Rock’s server. Please try again later. Normally, our server is only down for a short time. 

Problem with backing up big data

Some might have hundreds of manga in your Favorites and Recent. Backing up or restoring these data might fail sometimes. 

For that, we highly recommend that you archived certain manga from these lists. The ideal number is about 100 manga for Favorites, and 50 manga for Recent.

Error: The operation couldn't be completed

This is because the current time setting of your device does not follow the official time of your region, which renders the app unable to create a backup.

To solve this issue, please kindly use Google to determine the exact time of your area, then re-adjust the time of your device. After that, you should be able to create a backup.

Other solutions 

For Play Store users, since the app only has one English source, which is Manga Rock source (check out this article to know the reason), some manga might be lost, please contact our in-app support team so that we can manually restore data for you.
